Belleville Youth Centre, the Belleville Youth Wellness Hub and Quantum provide services and programs for youth aged 12-26.  
The service provides assistance to those who are in conflict with the Criminal Justice System or at risk of becoming involved in the system.Assistance with Record Suspension (pardon) applications. Provides brief service, advocacy, referral and assistance to families who have a spouse in prison.
