* 4 modified units for accessibility (all 2 Bedroom) 
* four 2 bedroom units 
* two level building with elevator 
* assisted Living Program under the direction of Marian Hill 
* common room * laundry facility * park area * parking  
* management is now under the direction of an Administrator 
* Custodian care
Hours Residence Mon-Sun 24 hours * PSW staff Mon-Sun 7 am - 9 pm
Meetings 2nd Wednesday of each month - January - June and September - November. 
Annual General Meeting is April

Application Accept applications for Rent Geared to Income, Affordable Market Rent units . Provincial Household Limits Apply for Affordable Market Rent. Applications can be requested through the Property Administrator by telephone* Applications are no longer distributed by the Town of Petawawa Office.
