Description (Service) The Community Wellness Worker program and the Aboriginal Healthy Babies and Healthy Children program offer the following services: * support * advocacy * cultural workshops * activities * individual services/case management * health and wellness workshops * information and resources * access to traditional healing * assistance with access to community services * peer counselling
