Description and Services
Description (Service) Provide counselling to address specific assessed needs of young person to support their rehabilitation and reintegration and to provide support to the home where intensive services is required  
Services include: * school based group peer support program * individual counselling and treatment * addiction assessment service (through ATS) * family counselling and treatment * intensive intervention at home * connections * extrajudicial sanctions * Court Mental Health * extrajudicial measures * Intersections
Hours Office Mon to Thursday 8:30 am-5 pm, Fri 8:30 am-3 pm

Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) - 17 year(s) 
Young persons age 12-17 at the time of offence who have been found guilty and are currently on probation, conditional supervision or community supervision orders.
Application Referral is by the probation officer, as case manager, or through other YJSD funded service providers as negotiated by the regional office
