Description and Services
Description (Service) On-site early intervention and crisis intervention * safety planning * referrals to community services * provision of cellular telephones for eligible victims * enhanced support for vulnerable victims

Victim Quick Response Program (VQRP) -- immediate assistance with emergency expenses related to the incident, including emergency home safety, accommodation, meals, transportation, dependent care costs, counselling, cellular phones, vision care, crime scene cleanup, and funeral expenses * additional assistance for victims of human trafficking include replacement of government documents, storage locker, dental, tattoo removal, and treatment at a recovery facility * no direct reimbursement to victims
