Description and Services
Description (Service) Companion Program provides respite to caregivers by taking responsibility for a client's practical * emotional * and/or social support * companions can assist people with a variety of tasks, including: 
 
* light housekeeping 
* helping with meal preparation 
* respite for families 
* supervision or assistance with personal care 
* monitoring safety 
* companionship 
* escort to appointments
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Renfrew County
Eligibility Adults and seniors living in long-term care facilities * in hospital or at home
