Resources Seniors radio show every Tuesday afternoon at 12:05 pm on Valley Heritage Radio, 98.7 FM. Home Supports are highlighted along with their upcoming events and volunteer requests and guests are interviewed on a variety of topics (health, gardening, safety, recreation/leisure) with the focus being on seniors.
