Description (Service) Financial assistance and employment supports for all eligible participants to foster client independence while providing an opportunity to contribute to the community
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am -12 noon, 1 pm - 4 pm

Eligibility Clients need to meet eligibility criteria as defined in the Ontario Works Legislation and Act.Information that must be provided at the Verification Interview for all persons in your household: proof of birth * SIN number * Health Number * verification of all income * verification of all assets * 30 days of most recent bank transactions * rent report (landlord to complete) * verification of all shelter expenses * school verification for children under 18 years of age * medical verification if not able to participate in employment or training activities *
Application County of Renfrew residents can apply for benefits online 7 days per week 24 hours per day at www.ontario.ca/socialassistance
