Description (Service) An arm's length agency of the Ontario Ministry of Tourism and Culture. * Offers grants to professional, Ontario-based artists, not for profit arts organizations, ad hoc groups, and art collectives. * Grants provide assistance for a specific activity, support for a period of time, or for ongoing operations
