Description (Service) COVID19 All locations are suspended indefinitely due to the COVID-19 pandemic * check Facebook page or website for updates

Gentle fitness classes for older adults who want to improve their strength and balance and move around more easily. * Weekly hour long classes led by trained community volunteers or staff * Older Adults and Seniors * Gentle classes are geared to serve people who are worried about their balance and can do all of the following: stand on one leg for 2 seconds; climb 10 stairs; stand for 20 minutes; walk 1 block without losing their breath or sitting down.
