Description (Service) Municipal services * municipal bylaws * the Administration Department consists of the Clerk/CAO * Deputy Clerk and a Confidential Secretary * Clerk/CAO is responsible for conducting Council meetings and ensuring that their decisions are carried through * department is also responsible for correspondence between council and the city's departments and residents * Commissioner of Oath signatures are performed in this office by appointment
