Description (Service) Non-profit, six bed residential hospice providing end-of-life care for terminally ill individuals and their families in the communities of Renfrew County and surrounding areas * respite services for caregiver relief and short stay care for pain and symptom management * support including bereavement services to family and friends * the facility is staffed 24/7 with registered nursing staff, support workers and volunteers * All programs and services provided at no cost
Hours Mon-Sun 24 hours
Meetings Renfrew County End-of-life Network meetings and offer training and education to health professionals, community partners and the general public on palliative care as the hub of excellence in Renfrew County

Eligibility End of life care and support for persons and their families who are facing a life threatening illness
