Description (Service) Access to diagnostic services * health assessment * diagnosis * treatment * and risk factor management to those who have had a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) or a very mild stroke. 
Medical treatment and appropriate referrals to specialists as needed * Diabetes clinic * smoking cessation * cardiac rehabilitation * neurology
Hours Mon-Wed 8 am-4 pm Thu-Fri 8 am-12 noon
Areas Served Renfrew County
Eligibility Adults with suspected transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) or mild stroke
Application Referrals by family physicians or through any of the Renfrew County Hospital Emergency departments * patients will see a doctor and nurse in the clinic within 7 days of received referral * patients referred to the clinic will be contacted directly with an appointment * some diagnostic testing may be done prior to the appointment
