Description (Service) Provides funding for basic home and/or vehicle modifications to enhance acessibility * up to $15,000 of assistance * designed to ensure basic accessibility, facilitate independent living and to reduce the risk of injury to persons with physical disabilities * funding is not contingent upon employment
