Description and Services
Description (Service) Coalition of organizations that provide community support services in order to enhance quality of life through individualized care, practical supports, and bringing services as close to home as possible * the coalition promotes communication between member agencies 
Member agencies provide the following services: 
* transportation 
* meal programs 
* respite 
* personal support 
* homemaking 
* adult day programs 
* assisted living services 
* foot care 
* visiting programs 
* caregiver education 
* palliative care 
* attendant care services 
* volunteer opportunities
Hours Administration Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm * appointments by request
Areas Served Lanark - North ; Renfrew County ; South Algonquin Township
Eligibility LHIN funded agencies who provide Community Support Services in Renfrew County and area to seniors and adults with disabilities
