Description (Service) Nationwide, community and clinic based vision rehabilitation services for those with vision loss * research, public education and vision health:

* direct support and service to individuals with vision loss
* assistance with fundraising activities
* administrative functions

Summer Program - Lake Joseph Centre
Mix of rehabilitation and recreational programs for people who are living with vision loss or other disabilities

Phone it Forward Program
Donation program that gives smartphones to people with sight loss who need them.

Areas Served Frontenac County ; Hastings County ; Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties ; Lennox and Addington County ; Ottawa (City of) ; Prescott and Russell United Counties ; Prince Edward County ; Renfrew County ; Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties
Eligibility Residents of Eastern Ontario of all ages living with vision loss and Deaf-blind adults.
