Postsecondary and training services -- develops policies and approves programs for universities and colleges * provides funding * registers private vocational schools * regulates the establishment of degree-granting institutions * supports apprenticeship programs to develop skilled workers * creates summer employment opportunities through Ontario Summer Jobs Strategy
